My mission is to translate the discipline and technique that took me to international podiums into a training culture where every aspiring shooter can hit their mark. ## Photos and videos - ![As the academy head and an accomplished international shooter, I am dedicated to helping aspiring athletes achieve their goals in the sport of shooting.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c6f26aa8-648e-4bd8-a793-aa9ab104c867) ## About Meet the Founder When you train at my academy, you are not just using equipment, you are applying the same 'Breathe, Focus, Aim, Shoot' methodology that powered my national career. My coaching approach deconstructs complex shooting mechanics into simple, repeatable steps, ensuring that whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned competitor, you leave with a clear, measurable understanding of your stance and how to refine it. My journey from a young shooter in India to winning national medals and representing my country taught me one fundamental truth: talent is just the starting point. The real difference is consistency and a structured environment. That is why I established Elite Shooting Club at the Padukone Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (PDCSE) in Bangalore. I designed our facilities to be the exact environment I wish I had growing up. We use SCATT electronic simulators for precise technique analysis, allowing me to show students exactly where their barrel is moving before they even fire. Our range meets international ISSF standards, featuring electronic target systems that provide instant, accurate feedback. My coaching isn't just about giving instructions; it is about building a mindset. I have watched athletes like Apurvi Chandela and Avani Lekhara reach world stages, and the path to that level is built on small, daily corrections. Whether you are coming in for a recreational weekend workshop with friends or looking for rigorous, long-term training for a career in shooting, you get the same access to the same technology and standards I used to sharpen my own skills. If you are ready to stop guessing and start hitting the center, let's get to work. ## About Elite Shooting Club I built Elite Shooting Club to bridge the gap between raw passion and high-level performance. I spend my days ensuring our athletes have the same electronic scoring systems and international-standard coaching that took me to the top, so you can train with confidence.
