In my recent Sanpada projects, we achieved a luxury feel by focusing on smart, strategic lighting—like using backlit mirrors and unique wall fixtures as focal points—rather than expensive, extensive renovations. It is all about making the right choices to balance aesthetics with your practical needs. Modern interior design is rarely about following trends; it is about solving the specific constraints of your space to make life easier and more enjoyable. Whether you are living in a compact apartment or a sprawling duplex, the goal remains the same: creating a home that reflects your personality and supports your daily rhythm. ### My Approach to Modern Interiors I follow a transparent, end-to-end process to ensure your design journey is stress-free. We start with a deep dive into your requirements, moving from 2D furniture placement to 3D walkthroughs. This allows us to see the volume and lighting of your space before we ever pick up a hammer. This visualization step is crucial for identifying potential issues, like spatial bottlenecks or awkward electrical points, saving you time and cost during execution. ### Sustainable Elements in Modern Homes Even in a modern urban context, I integrate sustainable, breathable materials wherever possible. This might mean using bamboo for accents, opting for non-toxic paints, or upcycling leftover site materials into functional decor. A home should breathe, and integrating these elements ensures the indoor air quality remains healthy while keeping your space looking sharp and contemporary. ### Functional Design for Navi Mumbai Living in a city like Navi Mumbai means dealing with varied layouts and environmental conditions. My designs prioritize: * **Smart Storage:** I design custom crockery units and wardrobe organizers that utilize vertical space, keeping your home clutter-free. * **Vastu Alignment:** For clients who value it, I incorporate Vastu-compliant layouts without compromising on modern aesthetics. * **Turnkey Execution:** From civil work and false ceilings to the final styling, I handle the heavy lifting, ensuring that what you see in the 3D render is exactly what you get at handover. If you are looking to transform your space, let's talk about how we can build something that lasts for generations. ## About Manvi Kenkre Hi, I'm Architect Manvi Kenkre.
