Whether I am optimizing a 700 sq ft terrace in Belapur or planning a three-story hall in Satara, my process starts with understanding the site's specific energy, wind, and light. I do not just fill a space, I make sure the layout works for your daily routine, handling everything from 3D visualization to on-site material testing. My approach to sustainable interior design is rooted in the belief that your home should be a space that helps you recharge. I avoid cookie-cutter plans. Instead, I focus on end-to-end execution, ensuring that every corner of your home is functional, breathable, and reflects your personality. ### Residential and Commercial Expertise My work ranges from intimate home renovations to larger commercial structures. For residential projects, I integrate Vaastu-compliant principles with modern aesthetics, ensuring spaces are filled with natural light. On the commercial front, such as the Ayurvedic clinic in Kharghar, I focus on creating an experiential environment that puts your customers at ease the moment they walk in. ### Why Sustainable Luxury Matters You do not have to choose between luxury and the environment. By using materials like bamboo and earth-friendly finishes, I create interiors that last for generations. I also emphasize clever space planning, often finding ways to reclaim floor space—like swapping bulky staircases for ladder-stairs or repurposing scrap metal into functional furniture. ### The Process Good design requires time. I generally recommend setting aside 45-60 days for the planning phase to ensure a smooth project. From the first 2D furniture placement plan to the final decor styling, I stay on-site to oversee the execution, so you do not have to worry about the heavy lifting. ## About Manvi Kenkre I'm Manvi Kenkre, and I believe 'mitti se sabka connection hai'—we all share a deep bond with the earth.
