Whether you are signing up for a junior program or an adult cardio session, you will get three hours of structured, non-stop movement. We fix your swing path, correct your grip, and ensure you are actually using your footwork correctly. We keep batch sizes tight so every player gets individual attention on the court. ### Why Join Our Camps We run these intensive programs for a simple reason: steady progress requires focus. Unlike casual lessons, our camps and crash courses are designed to put you in a high-repetition environment. You will be hitting more balls in a single session than you would in a week of casual practice. This helps with muscle memory and game-play confidence. ### What to Expect - **Pro-Level Drills:** We utilize agility ladders, hurdle jumps, and specific ball-feeding drills to improve your movement and shot placement. - **Clay Court Advantage:** We train on red clay, which is easier on the joints and forces you to develop better balance and sliding technique. - **Personalized Feedback:** We do not just feed balls. Our coaches are watching your biomechanics. Expect constant correction, even if you are in a group, because bad habits need to be caught early. - **Flexible Schedules:** We know you are busy, so we offer early morning and late evening batches tailored for professionals and students. ### Who Should Join We have dedicated streams for everyone. Our junior tennis programs focus on fundamentals and fun for kids aged 5 to 16. For adults, our cardio tennis workouts are a great way to combine fitness and skill building. We also have private coaching slots if you need rapid correction on a specific stroke, like a backhand or serve. We are based in Bikasipura, off Kanakapura Road, and welcome players of all skill levels to come for a trial session before committing. ## About Elite Tennis Academy We are the team at Elite Tennis Academy. We don't just stand around watching; we get on the court with you, correcting your grip and shouting reminders until that forehand feels natural. If you are serious about improving—or just want your kids to pick up a healthy habit—we have a spot for you.
