Because our indoor courts are shielded from Bangalore’s erratic weather, your rhythm and footwork don't break. You get the same bounce and court feel every single session, which is vital when you are working on specific stroke mechanics or preparing for an upcoming tournament. ### Why Indoor Training Changes Your Game Consistency is the single biggest factor in improvement. When you train outdoors, rain, harsh sun, or poor lighting can force you to cancel sessions, breaking the momentum you’ve built. Our indoor tennis facility in Bikasipura, off Kanakapura Road, removes these variables entirely. You show up, you warm up, and you hit. ### The Surface Advantage We prioritize our clay surface even indoors because it’s better for long-term joint health. Unlike concrete courts, which can be punishing on the knees and ankles, our maintained red clay provides a more forgiving slide and bounce. This allows our students—from juniors learning their first forehand to adults working on cardio—to train longer with a lower risk of injury. ### Precision Coaching Being indoors gives us an advantage with technical corrections. We aren't battling wind or fighting for visibility. This controlled environment is perfect for: * **Stroke Mechanics:** We can isolate your swing path without distraction. * **Video Analysis:** We use clear, glare-free conditions to record and review your footage, so you can see exactly where your grip or follow-through needs adjusting. * **Focused Drills:** Whether we are running agility ladder training or high-repetition volley drills, the space remains dedicated to your growth. Our coaches are ITF-certified, and we apply the same high-intensity, step-by-step guidance indoors as we do on the outdoor courts. If you are struggling with a specific backhand or just want to ensure your child gets regular practice regardless of the season, this is the environment that makes it happen. ## About Elite Tennis Academy We are the team that’s on the court with you, correcting your grip and shouting "ball nodi" when you lose focus. Our academy is all about getting the fundamentals right, whether you're five or fifty, because we believe the right habits today make you a better player tomorrow.
