When you join one of our training sessions, you will get this same hands-on, high-energy coaching that prioritizes your technique and movement over just hitting the ball hard. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racket for the first time or an adult looking to improve your game, our programs are designed to help you progress steadily. We believe tennis is a sport of the mind, and our international certified coaches ensure that every drill has a purpose. ### Why We Train on Clay Unlike hard courts that can be unforgiving, our clay courts offer a balanced surface that reduces impact on your knees and ankles. All our courts are well-maintained, providing a reliable surface for both high-intensity drills and relaxed match play. ### Coaching for Everyone Our training approach is consistent regardless of age. For juniors (5-16 years), we focus on fundamentals and fun, ensuring they build a love for the sport. For adults, our cardio tennis sessions are designed to keep your heart rate up with high-volume hitting, perfect for those who want to get fit without the technical pressure of competitive matches. We also offer private sessions for those who want focused feedback on their grip, footwork, and follow-through. ### Getting Started in Bikasipura We are located in Bikasipura, off Kanakapura Road, with flexible timings to suit your busy schedule. We operate on both weekdays and weekends, morning and evening. Bring your own racket, and we will handle the rest, including expert advice on racket stringing and shoe selection for clay surfaces.
