## About Our Champions: Competitions & Achievements

It takes more than just physical talent to reach the podium. Whether our students are perfecting a floor routine for the Mini Olympics or navigating the excitement of travelling together for the CBSE Nationals, we ensure every child feels fully supported. The medals are great, but watching a student handle pressure with a calm, focused mindset is the real victory.

Competition is a cornerstone of our academy, but it is not just about the final score. Our approach starts with building strong foundations in our 7,000 sq. ft. facility. We ensure our gymnasts are physically ready through flexibility drills and apparatus work, but we place equal importance on the mental side of the sport.

### Preparing for the Stage
Our training calendar is packed with internal meets, such as our Inter-Club Gymnastics Competition, where students learn how to perform in front of judges, parents, and peers. This experience helps demystify the competitive environment, making bigger stages like the CBSE Nationals feel like a natural progression rather than an intimidating jump.

### The Team Behind the Athlete
We believe the 'Elite Family' support system makes all the difference. When our gymnasts travel or compete, they are surrounded by peers who cheer them on, coaches who provide technical guidance, and parents who offer encouragement. We see this dynamic in every event we host—from the 3rd Edition Inter-School Competition to smaller, daily progress showcases.

### Developing Skills and Character
We focus on both artistic and aerobic gymnastics. By the time a student enters a high-stakes competition, they have spent weeks refining their routines on our foam pits and mats. We teach them that every drop, every successful landing, and every medal won or lost is a learning opportunity. This keeps our athletes humble, resilient, and eager to get back to the gym for their next training session.

## About Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy

We are Shivaraj and Mithun. At Elite Squad, we believe competition is about character as much as it is about skill. We want every child to walk onto the mat with confidence and leave as a valued member of our family.
