It is about the months of early morning conditioning, the disciplined routine construction, and learning how to handle the pressure of a big stadium environment before a judge. Whether our students are training for the CBSE Nationals or local district meets, we approach every competition with a focus on technique and mental fortitude. Our competitive squad trains 5 to 6 days a week, logging 90 to 120 minutes per session to perfect everything from the vaulting table to aerobic choreography. We treat every meet, be it the Dasara CM Cup or the Mini Olympics, as a milestone in an athlete's journey. Our coaching staff provides hands-on spotting for advanced skills like back handsprings and giants on bars, ensuring safety while pushing for maximum difficulty scores. It is not just about the elite level, though. We host our own inter-club championships to give beginners their first taste of a real competitive environment. It builds confidence in a way that regular classwork cannot. When you see our team on the podium at the State Games or representing India in Mongolia, you are seeing the result of a culture where we cheer for every stick, every rotation, and every personal best. If you are looking to take your child’s training from recreational to competitive, our specialized tracks for artistic and aerobic gymnastics provide the structure they need to succeed. ## About Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy We are Shivaraj and Mithun, and we started this academy to create a real community in Bangalore, not just a place to train. We focus on building strong, independent gymnasts who learn as much from a loss as they do from winning a gold medal.
