Classes are 60 minutes long and focus on fundamental motor skills like balance, agility, and basic tumbling, using fun props like hula hoops and foam blocks to keep the energy high and the pressure low. ### Building Strong, Happy Gymnasts Gymnastics isn't just about medals or strict routines. In our recreational program, the goal is to build a healthy relationship with movement that lasts a lifetime. Whether your child is just starting with forward rolls or learning their first cartwheel, our coaches are there to guide them safely. ### What to Expect in Class Each session is designed to mix structure with play. We start with active warm-ups, move into technique drills for basics like handstands and bridges, and finish with conditioning games that kids actually look forward to. * **Small Batches:** With a 1:15 coach ratio, every student gets the guidance they need to move safely. * **Safe Equipment:** We use soft crash mats, foam pits, and low-level beams to build confidence before moving to harder skills. * **Focus on Fundamentals:** We prioritize posture, core strength, and coordination—the building blocks for all athletic success. ### Who is this for? This program is perfect for beginners and those looking for a fun way to stay active. We have separate tracks for toddlers (Tiny Tumblers) and older kids.
