Whether you see our students on the foam blocks or the balance beam, our coaches prioritize a 1:8 to 1:15 ratio to ensure every gymnast gets the attention they need to learn safely. Gymnastics is more than just flips. At Elite Squad, we focus on what we call the 'EliteFamily' culture, where progress is celebrated at every level, from our Tiny Tumblers to competitive squad members. Our approach is grounded in solid technical foundations. We use a variety of tools, including obstacle courses with hoops and ladders, to help young gymnasts develop coordination and balance before they attempt advanced moves like back handsprings or aerial cartwheels on our FIG-approved apparatus. For those ready to take it further, our competitive track offers intensive training in artistic and aerobic gymnastics, utilizing full-sized vaulting tables, parallel bars, and pommel horses. We operate two main facilities in Bangalore—at Active Arena in Panathur and in Marsur, Chandapura. Both locations are designed for safety, featuring high-quality EVA mats and foam pits. We believe that when students feel safe and supported, they are willing to push themselves further. Our sessions are structured to include dedicated warm-ups, skill practice, and conditioning circuits, ensuring every athlete builds strength and flexibility alongside their technical skills. Ultimately, we want our students to leave the gym not just as better athletes, but as more confident, disciplined individuals. If you are looking for a place where your child can grow, gain strength, and be part of a supportive community, we invite you to come by and see a class in action. ## About Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy We are Shivaraj and Mithun, the directors of Elite Squad.
