It is hands-on coaching where we focus on technique—like telling them 'Soft aagi land aagbeku' (land softly)—but keep the energy high so it feels like playtime. At Elite Squad, we operate on a simple philosophy: 'Bevu belladante'—a bit of discipline, loads of fun. Gymnastics isn't just about nailing a flip; it is about building a community where every child feels they belong. ### Our Coaching Approach Our team is comprised of dedicated coaches who prioritize safety and connection. We maintain small group batches with a 1:8 to 1:10 ratio, ensuring every child gets individual attention during their sessions. Whether it is guiding a student on the monkey bars or providing a lift for pull-ups, our coaches are physically present to spot, support, and encourage progress. We believe that when kids feel safe, they try harder. ### More Than a Class We are a community that celebrates together. From festivals like Ayudha Pooja to daily wins like 'New Skill Alert' moments, we love the energy our students bring to the gym. Our facility in Banashankari Stage II at Infinity Fitness Studio is designed to facilitate this, with 25mm thick EVA puzzle mats and artificial turf to ensure safe landings for all skill levels. We focus on: - **Individualized Attention:** Coaches are always on the floor, not standing on the sidelines. - **Building Resilience:** We teach mental strength alongside physical moves. - **Peer Support:** You will often see older students helping younger ones with stretches, fostering a natural, supportive environment that goes beyond just fitness. ## About Elite Squad Gymnastics Academy We’re Elite Squad, and for us, gymnastics is a hangout spot where discipline meets wild excitement. Whether it’s nailing a back handspring or just giggling through a mind game, we’re always here cheering, guiding, and maybe goofing around a bit too.
