It is a full squad experience where players step outside their daily training environment to test their technical skills and match IQ against opponents they don't face in the local Mumbai leagues. This is where we see who can stay composed under pressure. Our Goa tour is designed to push our players beyond their comfort zone. For the U-13 and U-16 squads, this means high-intensity matches, tactical team meetings, and the reality of performing away from home. We structure these tours to replicate the professional football environment. It is not just about the final score; it is about the preparation beforehand—the morning drills, the recovery, and the focus required to maintain peak performance over several days of competition. Players gain invaluable exposure by competing against teams from across the country, giving them a clear picture of where they stand against national-level talent. Our coaches observe how each player handles the transition from practice drills at our Mulund and Thane centers to real-game scenarios where every decision counts. If you want to be part of our next tour squad, the process starts with our academy trials. We look for players who bring heart, grit, and the willingness to learn, regardless of whether they have played in big leagues before. Join us, and see what you are truly capable of on the pitch. ## About Elite Football Schools We are Elite Football Schools, and for us, the pitch is where the real work happens. We don't just teach football; we build a squad that backs each other up, whether we are sweating through drills at our Mulund turf or fighting for every point in a tournament.
