## About Vibrant Haldi & Mehndi Ceremonies

Whether you have a compact terrace or a large poolside area, we adapt our designs to fit the space. We handle everything from the floral backdrop and seating to the lighting, so you do not need to coordinate with multiple vendors for your pre-wedding functions.

### How We Design Your Pre-Wedding Functions

Your Haldi and Mehndi ceremony is where the wedding excitement really kicks off, and we make sure the setup matches that energy. We move beyond standard decor to offer themes that range from traditional Genda Phool (marigold) aesthetics to modern, geometric, and bohemian styles.

**Our standard setup includes:**
- **Backdrops:** Custom structures (8x8 ft or 10x10 ft) using fresh marigold, artificial floral fillers, or vibrant draping in yellow, orange, and pink.
- **Space Transformation:** We specialize in maximizing limited spaces like terraces or society compounds. We use overhead draping to create a canopy effect and set up cabanas to provide a comfortable, lounge-style vibe.
- **Seating & Props:** From traditional low-seating with floor cushions to decorated loveseats for the couple, we arrange everything you need for ritual photos.
- **Lighting:** We include LED par cans and focus lights to ensure the decor pops, especially for evening ceremonies.

**Planning & Execution**
We handle the entire process from transport to setup and dismantling. Our team arrives on-site to execute the design so you can focus on the rituals. Whether you want a simple floral arch or a full poolside stage with cold pyros and sound systems, we ensure the theme is consistent across your entire venue.
