During a Boulder Jam, we reset the entire 2200 sq. ft. gym with 25 to 30 fresh problems before doors open at 4:00 PM. It is a social setup—expect loud music, food stalls, and a crowd that ranges from absolute beginners just learning to spot routes to competitive climbers testing their limits. ### What to Expect at Our Events **Boulder Jams** Think of these as our signature community days. We clear the wall, reset the problems, and turn the gym into a social hub. It is not a competition, so there is no pressure, no judging, and no losers. We host these on weekends, usually starting from 4:00 PM. Bring your friends, pets, or family—it is all about having fun and learning new movement styles. Food stalls are on-site, and the music is always playing. **Bloc Battle & Competitions** If you want to test your mettle, this is where you step up. Our Bloc Battle runs in the official IFSC format, featuring high-intensity competition-style setting. We keep categories open for everyone—from amateurs to youth and open-class athletes. We provide scorecards, certified judging for finals, and a prize pool for the top finishers. Keep an eye on our schedule, as these dates change depending on the season. **The Hangout & Learning** We also host low-pressure events like 'The Hangout'. These are perfect if you want to try hard moves without the competition stress. We often provide video 'beta'—a sneak peek at the route moves—24 hours before the event so you can prep. **Practical Tips for Attendees** * **Location:** We are based in Begur, Bengaluru. * **Gear:** Climbing shoe rental is available for a small fee (100 to 150 INR). * **Registration:** Events operate on a separate pass system from our regular memberships. Registration fees typically range from 300 to 550 INR for Jams and 600 to 1050 INR for official competitions. * **Updates:** Follow our schedule for special themed jams, like our Halloween edition, which includes costume contests and prizes. ## About Elevate We started Elevate because we wanted a space that feels like a party, not a clinical gym.
