We transform empty commercial units into efficient, high-energy workspaces tailored to your brand and team workflow. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Witness the power of a complete workspace makeover. This video shows the dramatic before-and-after of a commercial space, which we transformed from a bare concrete shell into a polished, ready-to-use office, handling the entire end-to-end design and execution.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5816baf5-251b-4c2e-b8ba-181da2ab0835) ## About From Shell to Stunning: Our Process When we approach a commercial fit-out, the process starts with mapping out the flow of your daily operations. We analyze your floor plate to balance workstation density with the need for privacy in cabins and meeting rooms, ensuring the layout supports productivity rather than hindering it. By fixing these spatial dynamics early on, we prevent common functional bottlenecks that often plague new office interiors. A successful workspace makeover is rarely just about the final coat of paint. It requires a meticulous, phase-by-phase approach to ensure your team moves into a space that is ready to function on day one. Whether we are dealing with a raw floor plate in a new development or renovating an existing office in Mumbai, our workflow follows a strict path to minimize downtime and budget overruns. ### The Planning Phase We begin with 2D zoning to understand how your team interacts. This involves mapping out the reception, staff areas, and executive cabins to optimize square footage. Our 3D renders then allow you to visualize the final outcome, including light placement and material textures, before any heavy construction starts. ### Technical Execution Behind the polished furniture and feature walls lies a complex layer of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work. We ensure that fire safety systems, HVAC ducting, and CAT6 data cabling are seamlessly integrated into the acoustic false ceilings and flooring. This technical foundation is what prevents maintenance headaches later. ### Turnkey vs. Consultancy - **Turnkey Projects:** We manage the entire lifecycle from layout planning to handing over the keys. This includes custom furniture manufacturing, modular workstation assembly, and complete civil and electrical installation. - **Design Consultancy:** If you prefer your own contractors, we provide the layout planning, 3D visualizations, technical GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and BOQ creation, along with periodic site supervision to ensure the execution matches the design intent. ## About Element Design Co We are the Element Design Co team.
