Sumit and Deep are personally involved in every event we cater. We do not just send a team and leave. We are on-site, monitoring the tandoor heat and the buffet flow, ensuring your experience is exactly what you imagined. Our journey from a kitchen in Bellandur to catering large weddings across Bangalore has always been driven by one thing: feedback. Whether it is a housewarming ceremony where a host needed that specific 'homely Bengali feel', or a corporate event requiring flawless execution, we listen to every detail. We know that catering is about more than just food. It is about the trust you place in us to feed your family and friends. Our clients, like Sonakshi and Sourav, often mention how we handle diverse cuisines—from North Indian favorites to our signature Kolkata-style biryani with aloo. They appreciate that we manage the display, the service, and the quality, right down to keeping the food hot and fresh throughout the event. We are not a faceless catering company. If you see us at your venue, you will see us working alongside our chefs to ensure the chaat is crisp, the tandoor is perfectly fired, and the jalebi is hot. Your happiness is our 'anondo', and we are grateful to every client who has shared their experience with us. ## About Elaz Rannaghor We are Sumit and Deep, the duo behind Elaz Rannaghor. We started this because we missed the taste of home—the real Kolkata biryani with aloo and fresh fish fry—and wanted to bring that same joy, or 'anondo', to your celebrations here in Bangalore.
