When the distance is short, food stays fresh, hot, and arrives on your guests' plates exactly as intended. We plan this physical flow for every venue we step into, ensuring our team isn't just serving food, but managing the entire experience to prevent bottlenecks. Beyond the cooking, we focus on the presentation. From our clean, white-tablecloth buffet lines to the specific decor elements around our live chaat and tandoor counters, we ensure everything matches your event's theme. We bring our own display stands, lighting, and serving equipment to make sure the presentation is as refined as the flavors. Hygiene is our non-negotiable priority. You will always find our team in uniform, our stations organized, and our service flow designed to minimize mess. Whether it is an intimate housewarming in Bellandur or a large-scale Sangeet at Temple Tree Leisure, we handle the setup from start to finish. We believe your guests deserve more than just food; they deserve a 'dekho, banacche!' (look, they are making it!) experience at our live stations. We provide the staff, the equipment, and the coordination so you can focus on the 'anondo' (joy) of the celebration. ## About Elaz Rannaghor We are Elaz Rannaghor.
