For our signature Bhetki Paturi, we do not rush the steaming process, as each banana leaf package is carefully prepped to lock in that distinct smoky aroma before it reaches your plate. It is the patience we put into these traditional techniques that makes the difference between a standard buffet and a proper Bengali feast. When we started Elaz Rannaghor here in Bangalore, our goal was simple. We wanted to recreate those Sunday afternoon lunches and pujo feasts we grew up with. We know that for our community, food is emotional. Whether you are hosting a wedding, a corporate event, or an intimate house gathering, our team ensures the menu reflects those roots. Our signature Kolkata-style Biryani is non-negotiable for us. It comes with the potato and egg, just as tradition demands. We balance this with crowd favorites like Mutton Kosha, slow-cooked in a thick, spicy gravy that pairs perfectly with steamed rice or luchis. We are based in Bellandur but cater across Bangalore, bringing our own display stands and decor to ensure the presentation matches the flavor. We do not believe in mass-produced catering.
