You are stepping into a cohort where senior shooters often mentor beginners and parents discuss progress over chai, not just scores. We intentionally cultivate this environment so that when you face the pressure of a competition, you feel the support of the entire academy behind you. At Eklavya, we believe the mental game is won outside the lane. Our community is built on the simple idea that shared goals lead to better outcomes. We host guest sessions with national athletes, like our recent interaction with Para World Cup shooter Sonia Sharma, giving our students a chance to learn directly from those who have faced the pressure of the world stage. ### Why Community Matters in Shooting Shooting requires intense, singular focus. Without a support structure, this can become isolating. We flip that dynamic. Our facility at Gottigere is designed to be a hub where shooters from all over—including athletes travelling from Hubballi and Tumkur—can connect. ### Growing Together * **Shared Milestones:** We celebrate every win. When our team secured 15 medals at the 12th Karnataka State Shooting Championship, the victory felt collective. * **Mentorship:** We encourage interaction between age groups. Experienced shooters help juniors with rifle handling and stance adjustments, which reinforces their own understanding of the fundamentals. * **Parental Involvement:** We recognize that behind every young shooter is a supportive family. We keep parents informed and involved, creating a transparent ecosystem where everyone understands the roadmap from foundation to state-level competition. We are building a culture that values the grind as much as the gold medal. Whether you are aiming for your first 10.9 or preparing for zonals, you will find a group here that is rooting for you. ## About Eklavya Sports Shooting Academy I started Eklavya with the belief that shooting should not be a lonely road to success. My team and I focus as much on building a supportive ecosystem for athletes as we do on the technical precision of 10M air rifle and pistol. Here, you will find a family that pushes you to beat your own records, day after day.
