You are not just firing pellets at a target; you are learning to calm your mind between heartbeats to land a consistent ten. ### Shooting as Meditation Many of our members find that the sport acts as a form of active meditation. It requires intense concentration on a single point, which naturally helps clear out daily distractions. When you are on the range, the rest of the world fades away, leaving only you, your posture, and the target. ### Understanding the Olympic Sport Shooting has been a pillar of the Olympic Games for over a century. It is a discipline defined by extreme precision. At our facility, we bridge the gap between casual interest and competitive rigor by teaching the fundamentals used by national athletes. Whether you are aiming for a hobby or the podium, the basics remain the same: * **Stance and Grip:** Building a stable foundation is where every session starts. * **Breath Control:** Learning to trigger the shot during the natural respiratory pause. * **Follow-Through:** Maintaining focus even after the pellet has left the barrel. ### Why Start Here?
