From Holi bashes to corporate carnivals, I bring the kitchen, the bar, and the vibe directly to your venue so you can actually enjoy the party. ## Photos and videos - ![This collage captures the energy of a large Holi festival I catered. My red food truck, along with colorful tents and additional food carts, created a complete food zone for the celebration, serving hundreds of happy guests.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/0934d7f3-9614-4986-9ebd-b0ec0b1f2f02) ## About Outdoor & Festival Catering Planning a large outdoor event is great, but don't overlook the logistics before you book. My food truck needs space equivalent to two car parking slots and a reliable 16Amp power point to keep the grills fired up. If your venue has these basics, I can roll in and handle everything else, from the live cooking stations to waste management, so you aren't running around chasing chefs or cleaning up. When you are hosting a large-scale event, the biggest headache is not the menu, it is the coordination. That is where my festival catering setup changes the game. I do not just park the truck; I transform your open-air space into a fully functional food zone. ### Beyond the Truck While the orange truck serves as the centerpiece, I bring additional live counters and carts to ensure your guests never wait in long buffet lines. Whether you are hosting a Holi festival, a corporate fun day, or a large private gathering, the interactive nature of cooking live keeps the energy high. ### What I Handle * **Full Service:** My team manages the setup, service, and cleanup. You get servers, chefs, and bartenders. * **Custom Menus:** While burgers and hot dogs are staples, I can switch to Pan-Asian, Italian, or Modern Indian to match your event theme. * **Disposables:** We provide high-quality paper boats, checkered greaseproof paper, and wooden cutlery that fit the outdoor vibe perfectly. ### Logistics & Travel I cater across Delhi NCR, including Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad. Because the truck needs a specific footprint for both parking and operations, I always recommend a quick site check or a clear map of the venue entrance before we arrive. This ensures we can get the truck into the best spot for photos and access. My team arrives an hour before the service starts to ensure everything is set up and ready to serve the moment your first guest walks in. ## About Caterfix I am Vikrant, the guy behind the orange truck.
