Whether it is a birthday dinner where every course reflects a specific memory or a romantic date night with a concept-driven tablescape, we tailor the food, the tableware, and the presentation to match your vibe. If you have a specific theme or a mood board in mind, we integrate those visuals directly into the dining experience, from custom drink tags to butter sculptures that spark conversation. For us, 'intimate' means high-impact details. We believe a celebration for ten people deserves the same creative rigour as a large-scale launch. Our process begins with a conversation to understand the 'why' behind your gathering. Are we celebrating a milestone, a reunion, or a quiet romantic evening? Once the mood is set, we treat the event as a fresh canvas. We do not just plate food; we design an environment. This includes custom stationery like menu cards or place settings, and thoughtful table decor—think candlelight, intentional floral arrangements, or even neon accents if the vibe calls for it. For your menu, we move beyond standard buffet fare. We love creating conversational courses—dishes that look and taste like art. We can design a colour-themed menu, recreate a favourite dish from your travels, or craft a dessert that serves as the centerpiece of your evening. Whether you are hosting in a Mumbai apartment, a private villa, or a rooftop lounge, we travel to your space and manage the full setup. We handle everything from the staffing to the tableware, so your only responsibility is to enjoy the moment. Let’s talk about your upcoming plans—we are happy to suggest a concept that fits your style. ## About Eat Drink Design We’re Eat Drink Design, a collective obsessed with the intersection of food and art. For us, every intimate celebration is an opportunity to experiment, whether that means sculpting butter into playful shapes or designing a menu that tells your personal story. We believe the best memories are made when the meal feels as carefully planned as the guest list.
