The biggest hurdle we see in apartments is load management. If ten residents plug in their cars at 8 PM, your society transformer needs to handle that surge. We conduct a load audit first to see if your current setup can take the strain or if we need to implement smart load balancing to prevent grid trips. This audit is the difference between a system that works and one that leaves everyone in the dark. Transitioning a gated community to electric mobility is a group decision. It requires balancing the needs of individual residents with the infrastructure capacity of the building. We help residential complexes move past the first-come, first-served chaos by installing robust, monitored systems. ### Managing the Load Most apartments in Bangalore were not designed for high-voltage EV charging. Simply adding wall-boxes can trigger frequent power cuts. We start with a sanctioned load versus connected load audit. If your society needs a boost, we guide you through the DISCOM application process to upgrade your transformer capacity before we even touch the wiring. ### The Plug N Park Advantage What makes our systems different is the software layer. You do not want a manual ledger to track who charged for how long. Our Plug N Park system handles the heavy lifting. It includes RFID-based access, automated billing, and a dashboard for the facility manager to track revenue and usage. ### Safety First A charger in a parking lot is exposed to the elements and potential collisions. We install yellow-black safety bollards to protect the unit from errant vehicles and use IP65-rated hardware to survive the local monsoon. Every installation includes a dedicated AC distribution box with Type-A RCCB and surge protection to keep your building’s electrical network safe from voltage spikes. ### Beyond the Install Technology changes fast, and so do EVs. We build our infrastructure to be modular. Whether you start with two chargers or need a network of twenty, we design the conduit runs and feeder pillars so you can scale up without redoing the entire basement. ## About EcoSoch We are engineers who look at a parking lot and see an electrical grid challenge. We prefer to plan the capacity before we sell you a single charger. We live and work right here in Bangalore, so we are always just a short drive away if the system needs a check.
