I wanted to build a path for us to actually do something about it, starting right in our kitchens and offices. ## Photos and videos - ![This is my logo. The figure holding up the Earth represents our personal responsibility to support and protect our planet. 'Santulan' means balance, and that is the core of my mission.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/91a3e8da-3284-4fa7-89ec-699d236819cf) ## About About Eco Santulan Transitioning from viewing waste as trash to treating it as a resource is the core of what I do. Whether it is turning your kitchen scraps into fertilizer or swapping plastic for sugarcane pulp at your next event, every change you make here is about cutting out the unnecessary kachra from our daily routine. I founded Eco Santulan after realizing that worrying about the future isn't enough. We see the consequences of inaction every day, from dry borewells to landfills overflowing with non-biodegradable waste. My work is about proving that sustainability does not need to be a complex, expensive project. It is about simple, intentional switches that you can make today. My approach focuses on three pillars: 1. Waste at Source: Composting is not rocket science. Whether you have a balcony or a backyard, I help you set up systems to turn your daily kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich soil, eliminating the need to send organic waste to a landfill. 2. Conscious Consumption: We live in a world of disposables. My range of stationery, made from 100% recycled waste, and compostable tableware made from sugarcane pulp allows you to host and work without the environmental guilt. These are practical, sturdy, and entirely functional alternatives to conventional paper and plastic products. 3. Resource Management: I believe in the power of 'santulan' (balance). This extends to water management and energy consumption. I help households and communities implement rainwater harvesting filters and solar setups, ensuring that we are replenishing our resources rather than just depleting them. I am not here to sell you products; I am here to help you build a lifestyle. When you work with me, you are not just buying a bin or a notebook. You are getting on-site demonstrations, practical guides, and the honest truth about what it takes to live sustainably in an urban setting. Let’s get our hands dirty and create a cleaner world, one step at a time. ## About Eco Santulan Hey, I am Meenakshi.
