Whether it is the precise cut of the fresh sashimi or the way our tempura is fried for maximum crisp, our kitchen team focuses on the same quality for your table as you see in these images. These photos are a window into the Omotenashi, our wholehearted Japanese hospitality, that we aim to deliver daily. From the delicate plating of our Nigiri to the steam rising off a bowl of Curry Udon, you are seeing the result of ingredients flown in straight from Japan. Whether you are visiting our Saket District Centre location or our spot on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, the goal remains the same: a slice of Japan on your plate. Our kitchen adheres to the Washoku philosophy, meaning your meal is balanced, seasonal, and prepared with precision. Planning a visit? Check our seasonal menu updates or book our traditional Koagari-style seating if you want to settle in for a long, relaxed evening. We rotate our menu to match the seasons, so there is always a new flavor profile to explore, be it the Sakura specials in spring or the hearty warmth of our Ramen during the colder months. ## About Ebisu We are a tiny slice of Japan in your city. Our team lives for the spirit of Omotenashi, and we truly believe that food should feel like a hug.
