During these sessions, I am right there on the court, correcting your shooting arc, fixing your defensive stance, or shouting instructions while you hustle. You will get immediate feedback on every pass and layup, rather than generic advice shouted from across the field. At ED Basketball Academy, we view the court as a classroom where consistency is the only way to improve. My coaching philosophy is built around high-intensity, structured sessions that prioritize fundamentals while keeping the atmosphere engaging. ### Our Training Approach We divide our students into Juniors, Sub-Juniors, and Seniors to ensure every player gets the right intensity and focus. A typical session at our GD Goenka Public School facility involves: * **Physical Conditioning:** We emphasize speed, agility, and stamina building, which are non-negotiable for competitive play. * **Technical Skill Drills:** We break down basketball fundamentals, including ball handling, defensive footwork, and shooting mechanics. * **Game IQ:** Through practice matches and situational scrimmages, we teach you how to read the floor, make smarter passes, and improve decision-making under pressure. ### The Coaching Philosophy You will frequently hear me say "chalte reh" (keep going) because the game demands perseverance. Whether you are struggling with a specific layup or trying to improve your shot selection, I provide real-time, hands-on guidance. We want you to develop a deep understanding of the game. Our goal is to ensure that every minute spent on our synthetic outdoor courts contributes to your growth as a player. We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to those looking to refine their competitive edge. ## About ED Basketball Academy At ED Basketball Academy, we treat the court like a second home. We focus on the grind, the sweat, and the small technical adjustments that help you build confidence, whether you are just starting or already competing in matches.
