This is an outdoor facility, so we keep the intensity high through all seasons, because training through the elements is exactly how you build mental toughness and a real love for the game. ### Our Approach to Basketball Basketball is more than just shooting hoops. At our academy, we focus on the fundamentals that actually win games: ball handling, precise passing, and defensive footwork. Our sessions are built to make you sweat, with integrated fitness and agility drills that ensure you can out-hustle the competition when it counts. Whether you are a beginner learning to dribble or a senior player sharpening your game IQ, we break down every movement so you can execute with confidence. ### The Training Environment We operate out of GD Goenka Public School in East Delhi, creating a safe, gated environment where kids and teens can focus purely on basketball. We split batches into Juniors, Sub-Juniors, and Seniors to ensure every player gets the right level of coaching push. It is not always about being perfect; it is about showing up. ### What to Expect - **Routine:** We run Monday to Friday sessions. Expect 75 minutes of high-energy training covering physical conditioning, skill drills, and internal scrimmage matches. - **The Vibe:** It is loud and supportive. You will hear us yelling 'Chalte reh!' because we want to see players keep moving, keep trying, and keep improving. - **Preparation:** Our setup is outdoors. Players need to bring their own basketball and proper grip-sole shoes. We do not provide kits, so come ready to work in your own athletic gear. We believe in creating players who are tough, smart, and ready for real-game scenarios. If you are in East Delhi and want to put in the work, come join us on the court. ## About ED Basketball Academy I founded this academy because I love the grind of the game. I am on the court with my players every day, pushing them to get one percent better, shouting commands and celebrating the small wins together.
