When you join a session here, you are not just learning to throw clay—you are stepping away from the daily rush. Whether it is a quiet solo morning or a group workshop, I keep the batches small, typically 4 to 8 people, to ensure everyone gets the personal attention they need without feeling crowded or rushed. Pottery is often seen as a solitary craft, but in my experience, the magic really happens when a group creates together. In this space, you will find people from all walks of life—corporate professionals looking for stress relief, parents wanting a creative activity for their kids, or couples seeking a unique date idea. ### Why the Studio Vibe Matters I have been working with clay for over 20 years, and I know that the environment changes the outcome of your work. If you are stressed or intimidated, the clay feels stiff. In my Pitampura studio, I focus on keeping the energy light. We have music, plenty of sunlight, and zero judgment. If your mug collapses on the wheel, we just laugh and start again. ### What You Experience Here * **Beginner-Friendly Pace:** No one starts as an expert. We focus on the basics like centering on the wheel and simple hand-building techniques like coiling and pinching. * **Therapeutic Benefits:** Many students come here specifically for the 'pottery is cheaper than therapy' effect. You will find that focusing on the rhythm of the wheel helps clear your mind. * **Community Connection:** During our group workshops, it is common to see students helping each other or sharing tips. It is a space built for conversation as much as it is for craft. Whether you are looking to commit to a 3-month foundation course or just want to spend a one-day workshop trying your hand at something new, this studio is built to make you feel like you belong the moment you walk through the door. ## About Dipti Gupta I am Dipti, and I have been living and breathing clay for over 20 years.
