In our studio, we get straight to the clay—wedging, centering on the wheel, and hand-building your own pieces. Whether it’s a bowl or a mug, you’ll walk out with something you made yourself. It’s a messy, honest process, and I’m right there to guide your hands until the clay feels right. ### Your Time at the Wheel Pottery is rarely about getting it perfect on the first try, and that is exactly why it works. When you join our workshop in Pitampura, the focus is on the tactile experience—feeling the weight of the clay, learning to balance it on the wheel, and understanding how to structure your pieces using hand-building techniques. We keep our sessions relaxed because we believe art shouldn't feel like another deadline. You can expect to learn: * **Wheel Throwing:** The basics of centering clay and shaping bowls or mugs. * **Hand-Building:** Techniques like coil and slab work to build more organic, non-symmetrical shapes. * **Finishing:** How to trim, carve, or add texture to your work before it enters the kiln. ### Who This Is For These sessions are for anyone who needs a reset. We host kids, students, and professionals looking for a bit of 'clay therapy.' You don't need to be an artist; you just need to be willing to get your hands dirty. We provide all materials—aprons, tools, and the clay itself. All you need to bring is a bit of patience and a willingness to play with mud. Whether you are looking to mark a special occasion like a birthday or just want a weekend activity that keeps you away from your phone, we have a space for you. If you have a group or a specific project in mind, let's chat about customizing the session. ## About Dipti Gupta We’re Earthen Aura Ceramics, and we believe there’s magic in getting your hands covered in clay.
