We evaluate every student based on consistent attendance, attitude towards teammates, and the effort put into mastering drills during our weekly sessions. This process ensures that whether a child is just starting or has been training for years, they are recognized for the tangible progress they make. ### Building Character, Not Just Skills We believe that sport is a classroom for life. While physical training—like dribbling, passing, and match play—forms the foundation of our curriculum, the Player of the Month award is our way of highlighting the values that truly matter. We look for players who demonstrate discipline, sportsmanship, and a positive mindset. ### How We Recognize Excellence Our coaching team tracks progress across all age groups, from U-7 to U-14. By observing how students interact during our indoor fitness circuits and outdoor match simulations, we identify those who consistently show improvement. This award serves as a motivator, showing students that hard work is noticed and valued, regardless of their current skill level. ### Why This Matters for Your Child When a child receives an award, it builds confidence that translates beyond the pitch. It reinforces the idea that their commitment to the team, their punctuality, and their willingness to learn are what define them as champions. We are proud to foster an environment in Delhi-NCR where every student feels seen, heard, and supported in their individual journey. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **Who is eligible for these awards?** Every student enrolled in our 2-Day Foundation, 3-Day Core, or Elite League programs is eligible for recognition based on their monthly performance. * **How are winners selected?** Our coaches monitor attendance, participation in drills, and behavior during both practice and match play. * **Do these awards happen every month?** Yes, we hold these recognitions monthly to maintain a steady feedback loop for all our students in Gurgaon and Faridabad. ## About Dynamic Football Academy We are Dynamic Football Academy.
