We start with bodyweight conditioning and agility drills on professional 25mm EVA foam mats, then move into Shito-ryu basics and controlled sparring. Your child learns progress through our clear belt system, from white to black belt, ensuring they see their own growth. ### Training Structure and Philosophy At our academy, we believe in 'Mehnat Over Kismat.' Luck might bring you to the mat, but hard work keeps you there. Our Kids Karate training follows the traditional Shito-ryu style, focusing on Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring). We don't just dump students into a class; we follow a systematic syllabus where children learn discipline, respect, and physical fitness alongside self-defense. ### Why Start Now? - **Physical Development:** Our sessions include 15-20 minutes of conditioning—push-ups, squats, and flexibility drills—to build stamina and agility. - **Confidence Building:** Whether it's earning a yellow belt or performing a Kata in front of the group, small wins build massive confidence. - **Safe Environment:** Safety is our priority. We train on shock-absorbent flooring, use supervised sparring techniques, and maintain a respectful, supportive group dynamic. ### Classes and Locations We run sessions 3 times a week, ensuring consistency for your child's learning. We have facilities in Mayur Vihar, BLS World School in Greater Noida, and other locations across the NCR.
