## About Injury Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy

We treat rehab like training, not just rest. If you’re injured, I won’t just help you get rid of pain and send you off. My aim is to get you back stronger, fitter, and ready for whatever your sport or life throws at you.

### How I Work

- I start with a full-body check, not just the spot that hurts. I use sports science tools like dynamometers and jump mats to get real numbers, not just guesses.
- I track your progress with wearables and adjust your plan based on what your body actually needs.
- I look for the real reason behind your pain, not just the obvious symptoms.

### What I Handle

- ACL rehabilitation program for athletes, including everything from early recovery to sport-specific drills.
- Sports injury recovery for chronic stuff like tendon pain, hamstring strains, and those annoying old sprains or aches that keep coming back.
- Post-surgical physiotherapy for anyone needing a structured, step-by-step comeback.
- Youth athlete injury rehab, especially for growing kids with knee or heel pain.

### My Goal

Getting you pain-free isn’t enough. I want you ‘game-ready’ - able to sprint, jump, and move with confidence. Rehab with me means you’re not just healed, you’re prepared for real life and real sport.

If one part of the system lags, the entire posterior chain becomes vulnerable.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/3e386e62-4a54-495d-9c8c-6e565453d4ab)

You cannot simply lift your way out of a sprint injury.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f5d19f75-16dd-46ec-bbb7-b85bbaa72012)

Without drills like Nordic curls and deceleration work, you are setting an athlete up for a relapse.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/8bde72f9-35bb-4287-af30-10eaf315f79d)

## Meet your expert

[Rapid Sport Fitness](https://mytribe.in/dynamic_chel)

### My story

Hey, Chelston here from Rapid Sport Fitness. We started out just wanting to help athletes, but honestly, now it’s about anyone who wants to move better. Training, rehab, recovery - all in one place, not scattered all over the city. We’re building a big new space, but the vibe’s still the same. Community, real connection, and yeah, those Saturday Surge sessions? Pure energy. Come by, doesn’t matter your level, just show up as you are.

### My work

- **All-in-one Training & Rehab**: We do strength & conditioning, sports performance, physiotherapy, injury rehab, and youth athlete development—all under one roof.
- **Sports Science, Not Guesswork**: We use sports science-based training, force plates, and real data to build your plan. No random workouts here.
- **Movement First for Young Athletes**: Our youth athlete movement literacy program builds coordination and balance early, making sport safer and more fun.
- **Rehab to Peak Performance**: Get injured? We guide you from integrated injury rehab and performance right back to training, no hand-offs, no confusion.
