Our girls train alongside the boys, facing the exact same drills, intensity, and match scenarios. This co-ed approach ensures every player learns to handle physical pressure and speed, which is exactly why our Lionesses like Prapti and Tanya are consistently getting selected for state-level squads at such a young age. Football isn't just a boys' game in Delhi, and at DYFA, we ensure it stays that way. We don't believe in bubble-wrapping our female players. Our girls jump into the same 90-minute high-intensity sessions as the boys, ensuring they develop the tactical awareness and ball control needed to thrive. ### The DYFA Pathway Our track record speaks for itself. From 12-year-olds making their club debuts with Noida City FC to our girls representing Delhi at the U17 School Nationals and Khelo India games, we push hard because the competition does. We don't just train; we get players match-ready. With AIFF licensed coaches tracking individual progress, we identify talent early and provide the necessary platform to compete. ### What Our Training Covers - **Technical Mastery:** Ball possession, quick passing, and 1v1 attacking. - **Match Intensity:** Final 30 minutes of every session dedicated to small-sided games to apply skills under pressure. - **Fitness & Conditioning:** Agility ladder work, sprints, and core strength to ensure our players last the full 90 minutes. If you are looking for a place where girl power is backed by actual coaching hours, competitive exposure, and a family that has your back, you are in the right place. Come prepared to sweat, learn, and grow. It’s not just about the jersey; it’s about the grind. ## About Delhi Youth Football Academy We are the DYFA family—coaches, parents, and players obsessed with the beautiful game. We don't just teach drills; we build grit, character, and a winning mentality that follows our girls from the grassroots all the way to state leagues.
