We don't do that. We look at your approach angle, your non-kicking foot placement, and your balance first. Once that's locked in, the power and accuracy come naturally. We don't just teach you to shoot; we teach you to understand the goal. Shooting isn't just about power. Whether you are playing on our turf at Chanakyapuri or our setup in Dwarka, the mechanics of a perfect finish remain the same. Our sessions focus on the "how" before the "what." ### The DYFA Shooting Blueprint - **The Approach:** We teach you to set up your shot before you even touch the ball. Your first touch needs to be in the right zone, not just away from the defender. - **The Strike:** We cover everything from instep drives for power to using the laces for those long-range bangers. We also focus on the "finesse" finish—knowing when to curl it rather than smash it. - **Game Scenarios:** A shooting drill in isolation is easy. We add pressure. By simulating 1v1 situations against our coaches or fellow academy players, we ensure you can handle the intensity of a real match. ### Why It Matters Our goal is to turn hesitation into instinct. When you're in the box, you shouldn't be thinking about where to put your foot—your body should just know. That’s the difference between a player who can score when it matters and one who freezes under pressure. We keep our sessions fluid, mixing in fun games like foot tennis to keep the competitive spirit high while drilling the fundamentals. Whether you are training at our home turf or we are visiting your society, we bring the same #DYFAfamily energy to every session. ## About Delhi Youth Football Academy We're the home of football in Delhi, and we live for that winning feeling. Whether you're a striker in the making or just want to stop hitting the post, we’ll help you find your touch. We’re all about the #DYFAfamily, where every goal is a win for all of us.
