We gather in our climate-controlled studio in Anand Vihar, centering the process around the sacred Pada Yantra. Whether it is a Monday evening, Purnima, or Amavasya, the goal is to create a space of deep inner stillness where you can absorb the Guru’s presence. Please bring only an open mind; everything else, from fresh flower petals for your personal altar offering to the consecrated food served afterward, is taken care of by our Sangha. Our studio is more than just a place to practice yoga; it is a consecrated environment designed to facilitate your inner journey. The Sannidhi Puja is the heart of this space. When you join us, you will find a quiet, structured environment where the focus is entirely on the Guru's presence. We provide all the necessary support to make your participation effortless. You will have access to high-density cotton mats and back-support bolsters, ensuring you can sit comfortably for the duration of the chants and meditation. We often screen curated discourses to deepen the connection before slipping into the silence of the puja. This is a community-driven space. You will see others taking turns to make offerings, and the environment is designed to welcome everyone, regardless of where they are on their spiritual path. The energy here is subtle, and many find that simply sitting in the stillness is enough to shift their internal state. If you are looking for a regular practice in East Delhi or just wish to experience the Sannidhi for the first time, you are welcome to join us. We encourage you to reach out beforehand, as we like to keep our gatherings intimate and mindful. ## About Aditya Vashishth I am just a facilitator here, holding space for this Sangha.
