When you visit for a session, you are not just getting a service; you are getting a dedicated space to understand your dosha and address the root cause of your discomfort, whether that is joint pain, fatigue, or stress. Our clients often share that they were tired of looking for quick fixes before finding us. Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, digestive issues, or just need to reconnect with your body, our approach is built on understanding your specific needs. ### How We Work When you walk into our center in Vijayanagar, we begin with a deep-dive consultation. We perform Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) and Prakriti Pariksha (constitution analysis) to identify your Vata, Pitta, or Kapha imbalances. This ensures that the therapies we recommend, such as an Abhyangam massage with medicated oils or a steam detox, are actually what your body requires. ### What Clients Often Look For * **Root Cause Identification:** Moving beyond treating symptoms to finding the source of the ailment. * **Personalized Plans:** No cookie-cutter advice. We provide diet charts and daily routines (Dinacharya) based on your unique metabolic needs. * **Traditional Therapy:** Using techniques like Shirodhara and Abhyangam in a private, quiet space with wooden Droni tables. We encourage you to read through these stories to see how others in Bengaluru have navigated their healing journeys. If you have questions about which therapy might suit your current health state, we are here to walk you through your options during a consultation. ## About Durja Ayurveda We established Durja Ayurveda to bring ancient, effective wisdom into our busy modern lives.
