## About Elegant Floral & Modern Designs

Choosing fresh flowers or wafer paper for your cake isn't just about aesthetics; it's about adding a unique texture that standard piping can't achieve. I sanitize every bloom before it touches your cake, ensuring it remains food-safe and fresh throughout your event. If you are picking a floral design, I recommend matching the color palette to your venue's decor or your outfit for that perfect photo-op.

Modern cake design is moving away from heavy fondant towards lighter, more expressive styles. Wafer paper is my current favorite medium because it allows for incredible movement—creating 'sails,' delicate flowers, or structural layers that are completely edible and feather-light.

When we plan your cake, we look at the specific 'vibe' of your event. For a romantic anniversary, I might pair soft white ganache with fresh strawberries and roses. For a birthday, we can explore palette-knife painting to create a textured, artistic finish that looks more like a canvas than a dessert.

Every cake I make is 100% eggless, meaning you never have to compromise on taste or texture for the sake of dietary preferences. I use high-quality ganache and buttercream, which provide the stability needed for these more intricate, stacked, or textured designs.

If you have a venue in Hiranandani Estate or anywhere across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, I coordinate the transport carefully so these delicate elements arrive exactly as you see them in my gallery. Whether you want gold leaf accents, stencil work, or a minimalist floral wreath, the goal is to make the cake the visual centerpiece of your day.
