Whether you are practicing your 'Tul' patterns or sparring in the ring, you will find that we emphasize the basics of balance and stance before we move to power. My goal is to build strong bodies and stronger minds, so expect sweat and serious discipline in every session. Training at Delhi Tigers is not just about learning a few kicks. It is about a journey from white belt to black belt. We focus heavily on the ITF Taekwondo syllabus, which means we balance the artistic precision of patterns with the high-intensity reality of sparring. When you walk into our dojang on Najafgarh Road, you will see mats designed for safety, but you will also feel the intensity. My students, the tigers, train in conditioning, flexibility, and real-world self-defense drills. We do not skip steps. If you are a kid, a teen, or an adult, you follow the same path of hard work. Every belt is earned through formal examinations. I do not hand out promotions lightly. We also take our training beyond the four walls of the academy, organizing outdoor belt tests and events at places like Nehru Park to build endurance and community spirit. If you are here, you are part of the family. We celebrate our state and national medals together, but we also push through the tough days together.
