In our dojang on Najafgarh Road, I focus on building both the physical skill and the mental calm to handle pressure. If you are ready to put in the hours, let’s talk about your training goals and which batch suits your current belt level. ### Training with Purpose At Delhi Tigers, we do not just practice kicks and punches. We follow the ITF Taekwondo curriculum with a focus on precision and application. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand basic footwork or an advanced student preparing for national competition, the training structure is designed to build you up from the ground, starting with correct form. ### Core Areas of Focus * **ITF Patterns (Tul):** We emphasize technical correctness. Sloppy form does not cut it here, so expect detailed guidance on your hand and foot positioning. * **Competitive Sparring:** Training for tournaments involves strategy, ring management, and point-scoring. I coach my students to handle high-pressure environments through consistent practice. * **Practical Self-Defense:** Our drills are meant for real-life situations. We teach techniques that work against single and multiple attackers, focusing on effective reactions rather than just theory. ### The Belt Journey Progress at our academy is earned. We conduct regular belt exams to ensure every student is technically ready to advance. This ensures that when you wear your belt, you have the skill to back it up.
