Every session on these mats follows the ITF syllabus, which means you learn real footwork for sparring and sharp technique for patterns. Whether you are aiming for your next belt or preparing for nationals, my students train to execute every movement with power and precision. Our indoor facility in Najafgarh is built for serious martial arts practice. We prioritize safety and focus, keeping the mat area clear for high-intensity work. When you step onto the floor, you leave distractions behind. Technical Syllabus We follow the ITF curriculum strictly. This includes everything from fundamental stance correction for white belts to complex sine-wave rhythm for advanced patterns. You learn the reason behind every move, not just the action. Sparring (Matsogi) Sparring is where you test your resolve. We use full gear to ensure safety while you practice timing, distance, and ring management. It is not about hitting hard, but hitting right. Conditioning Before technical work, we build the engine. Expect calisthenics, stretching, and HIIT drills to boost your stamina. You need to be fast and reactive to succeed in competition. Self-Defense Beyond the ring, we teach practical self-defense for real-world situations. You will learn to neutralize threats effectively using proven martial arts blocks and strikes. We keep batch sizes controlled to ensure every student gets direct supervision.
