See how we lay the foundation for reliable automation and AV before the final finishes are in place. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This video gives a glimpse of a large-scale new project we are working on, which includes an outdoor amphitheater. We take the 'first-fix' stage seriously, running structured cabling for every speaker, sensor, and stabilizer before the paint or plaster touches the wall. This is when we decide if your home stays reliable five years down the line, or becomes a debugging nightmare. When you see an empty construction site, we see a network map. Whether it is a sprawling villa or a compact apartment, the automation quality is determined long before the speakers are mounted. ### The Infrastructure Foundation Most smart home issues stem from bad wiring or power instability. That is why our construction-phase workflow is non-negotiable. * **Cable Management:** We do not just pull wires. We label, route, and map them specifically for future maintenance so you are never left guessing where a connection goes. * **Power Backbone:** We install SyncPro static stabilizers and voltage protection systems early. Protecting your gear from power fluctuations is significantly easier when you do it before the DB box is closed. * **AC Infinity Cooling:** Proper ventilation should never be an afterthought. We integrate the cooling infrastructure into your furniture design while the carpentry is happening, ensuring your rack does not overheat in the summer. ### Why Start Early? Bringing us in during the grey structure or brickwork stage saves you from breaking walls later. We collaborate directly with your architect to ensure the AV rack location has power, ventilation, and signal access. If you are at the 'rough-in' stage, send us your floor plans. We will mark out the speaker positions, sensor locations, and the control backbone so everything works seamlessly when you move in. ## About DTI Automation We are a family of engineers and creators who love the messy, early stages of a project. We treat your property like our own, sweating the tiny wiring details that others ignore because we know that is what makes a home truly smart.
