Joining DSSA means stepping into an environment where your progress is measured, your training is personalized, and your growth is supported by a team that takes your fitness goals as seriously as you do. ### Beyond Just Sports Coaching At DSSA, the family label refers to our commitment to your long-term success. We believe that training should be sustainable, which is why we do not just put you through standard drills. We focus on biomechanics, reaction time, and injury prevention to ensure you stay safe while getting stronger. ### Our Training Environment We operate out of St. Dominic Savio and Holy Family High School in Andheri East. These grounds are where we build our community. Our coaches monitor everything from your strength and conditioning to your agility on the field. Because our batch sizes are capped, you get the actual attention needed to fix your technique rather than just going through the motions. ### Who Fits In Here? We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are a student looking to get fit, a young footballer aiming for the SFL, or someone who needs to correct their running posture to avoid injuries, our systems are built for you. You will find a diverse group of athletes here—beginners and pros—all working under the same philosophy: Dream, Believe, Achieve. ## About DSSA I started DSSA because sports is my heartbeat. We train hard on the grounds in Andheri, but we support each other just as much. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete, you are joining a group that actually looks out for your progress.
