We don't just put athletes on the track and hope for the best; we analyze their posture, VO2max, and movement patterns first. That science-backed foundation is why our athletes consistently podium at regional and state-level meets. ### From Assessment to Podium Our athletic success is not a coincidence. It is the result of applying movement science to everyday drills. Whether it is a hurdle sprint or a relay, we identify imbalances early through our in-house physiotherapy screening and ABC movement tests. This allows us to modify training, focusing on prehabilitation before we ever push for maximum performance. ### Where Champions Train Our athletes represent DSSA across multiple prestigious platforms, including: * **MASA Athletic Meet:** Consistent performance in track and field events. * **SFA Championships:** Podium finishes in both sprint and jumping categories. * **MSDAA & Regional Meets:** We focus on developing versatility, with our athletes securing medals in long jumps, hurdles, and distance runs. ### The Science of Winning We treat every session as a preparation for the next event. Our coaches monitor reactions, sprint form, and arm mechanics during daily training at St. Dominic Savio High School. When our athletes step onto the track, they aren't just relying on talent; they are relying on the technical drills we've drilled into their muscle memory. If you are serious about improving your personal best or competing at the state level, we provide the environment where hard work translates into tangible results. ## About DSSA I am Dayanand Shetty, and I started DSSA to give athletes the same technical foundation that took me to the national level.
