[View full gallery](https://mytribe.in/dsl.cricketground/residential-cricket-program/gallery) Most academies treat cricket as a numbers game, filling nets until players get lost in the crowd. We built this program differently, focusing on genuine skill development rather than just the academy name. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A reality check on cricket coaching. I believe becoming a good cricketer requires quality practice and the right environment, not just joining a crowded academy with a big name. This is why I focus on providing real, focused coaching.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/40a2ef9b-0b9d-4590-9450-7630654b6385) ## About Our Coaching Philosophy The real problem with most cricket setups today is the lack of personal accountability. You show up, pay fees, and get lost in a crowd of fifty other kids, hoping a coach notices your technique. Here, we cap our groups to ensure every bowler, batter, and wicket-keeper actually gets technical feedback during every session. Look, cricket is becoming a business. Parents chase big names and influential coaches, hoping for a breakthrough, but often end up with sub-par practice and zero attention. If you are serious about your game, you need to stop chasing reputations and start looking for an environment that actually prioritizes your growth. At our facility at Raja 2, Noida, we do things differently because we have to. This isn't a holiday camp. We run a professional residential program where your day is strictly scheduled around fitness, yoga, and net practice. Why this works: * **Quality over Crowd:** We don't believe in hoarding students. If we can't coach you properly, we don't take you in. * **Technical Oversight:** Whether you need to fix your bowling action or improve your batting stance, you get direct, one-on-one input, not just generic advice from the sidelines. * **Match Pressure:** What is practice without testing? We integrate weekly matches on the main ground with our own league structure, ensuring you face real pressure, not just friendly bowling machine sessions. We provide the turf, the floodlights for night sessions, and the residential setup so you can stop commuting and start competing. If you want to put in the hours and actually see results, come down to the ground. If you just want a certificate or a 'big name' academy on your CV, there are plenty of other places for that. ## About DSL Cricket Academy I set up this residential academy because I was tired of watching talented players get buried in overcrowded coaching centers. Here, you get actual technical feedback and a consistent routine, not just a spot in a packed net. If you are ready to put in the work, I am here to coach you.
