Stop getting lost in crowded nets and start getting the personal guidance you actually need to improve your game. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Our founder explains the problem with the current state of cricket coaching. Parents often choose academies based on past famous players or influential owners, leading to overcrowding and a lack of quality practice. We stand for a different approach focused on a healthy environment and real mentorship.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/40a2ef9b-0b9d-4590-9450-7630654b6385) ## About Our Coaching Philosophy Most academies will happily take your fee and put you in a group of fifty where the coach can barely see your technique, let alone correct it. Here, we run things differently. We cap our batch sizes because we believe that cricket coaching is useless if you aren't getting immediate feedback on your grip, stance, and decision-making during every single net session. ### Why We Are Different If you are searching for an academy just because a famous player used to practice there twenty years ago, you are looking for a brand, not a coach. We see this every day: parents get swayed by big names, only to find their kids lost in a crowd where actual practice is rare. We started this academy because we were tired of the 'dhokhadhadi' (fraud) in the industry. You see coaching centers charging thousands where the so-called 'matches' are just chaotic sessions without umpires, coaching oversight, or proper pitch maintenance. ### Our Core Approach - **Quality over Quantity:** We don't believe in packed nets. We believe in limited batch sizes where the coach knows your name and your game. If you aren't being pushed to improve your temperament, you aren't practicing, you are just passing time. - **Real Match Temperament:** Nets are for technique, but matches are where you build a cricketer. Through our Delhi Super League (DSL), we provide real competitive matches with digital scoring, neutral umpires, and post-match analysis. - **Honest Feedback:** We do not sugarcoat your performance. If your footwork is sloppy or your discipline is lacking, we will tell you. This is a space for serious players who want to bridge the gap between 'playing well' and 'playing professionally.' If you are serious about your cricket and tired of the hype, come visit us at Rajaji 2 Cricket Ground. Let's talk about where your game actually stands. ## About DSL Cricket Academy We are a team of coaches who got tired of seeing young talent get lost in overcrowded academies.
