Here is how we prioritize honest feedback and genuine skill development over flashy marketing. ## Photos and videos - [Video: In this video, I give a reality check on the cricket coaching industry. I explain why focusing on quality practice, a good environment, and a coach you connect with will build a long-term career, rather than just following the crowd to big-name academies.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/40a2ef9b-0b9d-4590-9450-7630654b6385) ## About Our Coaching Philosophy Instead of looking at how many pros passed out of an academy, spend a week watching the current sessions. See if the coach is actually correcting your grip, your stance, and your mental approach, or if you are just another kid standing in a queue waiting for your turn. If the environment does not push you to be better, no brand name will save your career. ### Why We Are Different The industry is noisy. Everyone claims to be the top cricket academy, flashing photos of former students who made it big. But ask yourself: did they make it because of the academy, or despite the crowd? At our academy, we believe the number of students on the field determines your growth. If you are one of 50 kids waiting for a 10-minute net session, you are not training; you are just showing up. ### The Reality Check on Training We focus on a few non-negotiables: * **Personal Attention:** We limit batch sizes because coaching is about active form correction. If a coach is not watching your back-lift or your bowling run-up, it is just glorified practice. * **Quality Over Hype:** We do not promise IPL contracts in a month. We promise that after a month, you will be a technically better cricketer than when you started. * **Match Simulation:** Practicing in the nets is one thing; performing in the middle is another. Our sessions are built around real-match scenarios, not just hitting stationary balls. ### Choosing Your Academy Before you put money down, watch a session. Observe the coach. Do they talk to every kid, or do they only pay attention to the star players? A good academy acts as a mentor, not a factory. Whether you are looking for focused bowling drills, batting technique correction, or fitness training in Noida, make sure the academy you pick is invested in your progress, not just your monthly fees. ## About DSL Cricket Academy I am tired of seeing talented kids get lost in overcrowded academies just because of a famous name on the board.
