You will find professional-grade landing mats, a full-sized boxing ring, and a caged practice area for combat sports. Whether you are practicing parkour, gymnastics, or martial arts, the space is set up to keep you safe while you push your physical limits. We built Fly Zone specifically to handle the high-energy, high-impact needs of athletes who find standard gyms too limiting. If you are into gymnastics or need a proper mat set for tumbling and parkour, our landing mats are stacked to absorb impact and prevent injury, allowing you to train with confidence. For combat athletes, the boxing ring provides a dedicated space for sparring and footwork drills without worrying about shared gym traffic. You also get access to heavy bags and a caged area for specialized drills. We keep this hall clean, well-lit, and focused purely on performance. Located inside our BKC club, you can combine these training sessions with our other facilities like swimming or turf access if you need a full-body conditioning day. ## About DSCBKC Club We started the District Sports Club in BKC because Mumbai lacked a single venue that combined serious coaching with professional facilities. We are here to provide the space and infrastructure so you can train without commuting to multiple locations.
