My journey with the veena has taken me from the quiet practice rooms of Malleshwaram to international festival stages and government-led academic councils. I find that the most impactful conversations happen when we strip away the formalities and really talk about where our music is headed. ### Why Invite Me to Speak? I don’t believe in dry, lecture-heavy presentations. My speaking style is conversational and rooted in storytelling. * **Cultural & Academic Panels:** I frequently participate in think-tank programs, discussing everything from the 'Travel of Indian Music Beyond the Shores of Bharat' to the preservation of our cultural heritage. * **Memorial & Community Events:** Honoring the legends who came before us is vital. I am often invited to speak and perform at memorial events for figures like Smt. Vimala Rangachar, ensuring their contributions remain part of our modern dialogue. * **Music Education & Advocacy:** As a teacher and founder of the Tarangini Arts Foundation, I am deeply involved in the grassroots issues facing music educators.
