We do not just hire based on degrees. We look for the 'Physiopreneur' mindset, where treating a patient is about empathy as much as technical skill. When you come to us, you are not just seeing one person. You are backed by a team that trained together to ensure your recovery is consistent and thorough, whether you visit us at our clinic or we come to your home. At Velocity, we believe a 'family physiotherapist' is a partner in your health. Since 1999, I have seen that the best outcomes happen when the care is seamless and the team is aligned. That is why I invest heavily in mentorship and internal training. When a new doctor joins our clinic, they are already trained in our core belief: pain is not normal, and every patient deserves a personalized roadmap. We are not a faceless chain. We are a family of clinicians. When you work with us, you get the benefit of our collective experience. If you are dealing with a complex recovery, our team discusses the treatment plan together. You get the stability of our established protocols, like our advanced Dry Needling or Laser Therapy, delivered by a practitioner who actually listens to your body’s signals. From our Pitampura and Inder Puri clinics to our home care services, our goal remains the same: we do not just see the pain, we see the person. Whether you need sports rehabilitation, post-surgical care, or help managing chronic joint issues, our team is ready to listen, assess, and help you get back to your life. ## About Rajiv Mehta I have spent over 25 years building a team that cares as much as I do. My clinicians are not just here to follow a manual; they are healers who truly listen to your pain story. When you step into our clinic, you are meeting people who treat you with the same dignity I would.
