When you join us, you enter a mentorship-first environment where we actively invest in your skills, from clinical decision-making to business management. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced clinician, you get exposure to advanced protocols like German Matrix Rhythm Therapy and direct guidance on how to build a sustainable practice. ### Building a Career, Not Just a Job Many physiotherapy jobs in Delhi offer only rote clinical tasks. At Velocity, we structure our hiring around the 'Physiopreneur' philosophy. This means that alongside treating patients, you are learning how a clinic actually functions. You will deal with real-world scenarios, from handling complex Orthopedic and Neurological cases to managing front-desk operations and patient counseling. ### Why Mentorship Matters I have seen too many talented physios burn out because they lack business know-how or clear direction. Our team culture is built on shared values. When you come on board, you get: * **Structured Training:** Practical workshops on manual therapy techniques, including dry needling and cupping. * **Career Pathing:** Regular mentorship sessions where we discuss your goals, whether you want to specialize as a clinician or eventually run your own practice. * **Team Synergy:** We host regular meetings and community events, ensuring you feel like a partner in our growth rather than just an employee. ### Who We Are Looking For We recruit from top institutions like DPSRU and actively seek professionals who value patient dignity as much as clinical expertise. If you are ready to move beyond day-to-day practice and want to work in a setting that encourages professional development, you will fit right in. We prioritize empathy, dressing standards, and a professional communication tone over just a CV. Whether you are based near Pitampura, Inderpuri, or Ashok Vihar, we are always looking for passionate physiotherapists to join our mission. Reach out to discuss current openings. ## About Rajiv Mehta I have spent over two decades building Velocity from a small clinic into a supportive community. I am looking for people who care about patient recovery as much as I do and want to grow from a clinician into a leader.
